Our goal is to find you the job of your dreams. When there’s a potential match we proceed to the following steps.
STEP 1. We contact you by phone to discuss the vacancy.
STEP 2. If there’s that potential fit we invite you for a face-to-face meeting.
STEP 3. During our meeting we discuss your skills and what you would like to achieve in your career in the mid and long term. We take the time to get to know you properly.
STEP 4. We’ll tell you all about the company, the role and the team for you to get the full picture about the job.
STEP 5. After our meeting we’ll write up a summary of our conversation and will send this together with your CV to our client. If they’re interested in meeting you, you’ll be invited for an interview with them. We’ll stay in close touch throughout. During the interview process but also when you’ve landed the job.
